The Birth of Trivandrum Jeepers Club
The origins of the Trivandrum Jeepers Club (TJC) trace back to early 2016, when a small group of like-minded off-road enthusiasts came together with a shared passion for adventure. Under the leadership of the club’s founding team, this journey began as a simple WhatsApp group called “Jeep Koottaayma.”
What started as casual camaraderie soon grew stronger with the addition of several enthusiastic members from diverse backgrounds. This collective passion eventually led to the formation and registration of a non-profit, adventure-oriented off-road community. Today, the club proudly stands strong with nearly 100 members, known as the Trivandrum Jeepers Club (TJC).
The name Trivandrum Jeepers was first fondly recognized during the Kerala Flood Rescue Operations, where the club was referred to as “Jeepers from Trivandrum, aka Trivandrum Jeepers” by the public and the Pathanamthitta District Administration—a title earned through dedication, service, and teamwork.
